rooms are located on the second floor. In earlier times, the larger
Blue Room was used as the nanny’s room and was connected by a "pass through"
to the Red Room which was the children’s room. These rooms, upon request,
may be rented together with the
"pass through" opened.
The "pass through" is normally securely closed, and the
 rooms
are rented individually,
each with a private bath.
In addition to queen beds, both rooms have extra fold-out
sleepers and feature hand painted fire place inserts. The rooms are decorated
with antique furniture with tasteful art deco featured in the blue room with
a river view from the front of the house. |
| The Inn and all guest rooms are air
conditioned. In addition to this, all rooms have ceiling fans,
cable TV, wireless internet access, telephones, iron
with ironing board, and a hairdryer. A full breakfast and complimentary refreshments are
included with no extra charge. Common areas for the enjoyment of all guests include the
parlor and dining room as well as the porches with swings, rockers, and a
whirlpool Jacuzzi.
