Family favorites, these rooms are located on the second floor. In earlier times, the larger Blue Room was used as the nanny’s room and was connected by a "pass through" to the Red Room which was the children’s room.
Both rooms have Queen beds with extra twin day beds and feature electric fireplaces as well as private bathrooms. The rooms are tastefully decorated with antique furniture. Art deco is featured in the Blue Room with a river view from the front of the house.
The Inn and all guest rooms are air conditioned. In addition to this, all rooms have private bathrooms, ceiling fans, cable TV, high speed wireless internet access, telephones, iron with ironing board, and a hairdryer. A full breakfast and complimentary refreshments are included with no extra charge. Common areas for the enjoyment of all guests include the parlor and dining room as well as the porches with swings, rockers, and the garden courtyard.
