Reservations

You may confirm your reservations with a credit card, or you may forward an amount equal to one night's room rate or 50% of the entire stay's rate. Your deposit is due 7 days in advance of your arrival.

Cancellation

Two week cancellation notice required for full refund, cancellations within two weeks will result in a minimum cancellation fee of $25. We cannot make refunds for last-minute cancellations, and credit cards will be charged an amount equal to the number of nights reserved. We regret that we must enforce our policy of no refunds for failure to arrive on the initial date of the reservation, or if departure occurs prior to the last date of the reservation.

Check-In & Check-Out Times & Policies

Check-in time is from 4pm to 6pm, and check-out time is 11am. Other arrangements can be made in advance, if necessary.

Total payment is due at check-in.

No Show

We regret that we must enforce our policy of no refunds for failure to arrive on the initial date of the reservation, or if departure occurs prior to the last date of the reservation.

Smoking

We are a non-smoking facility. However, the verandah and front porch are designated smoking areas.

Pets

Please ask about arrangements for pet lodging. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at the Inn.

Other

We gladly accept government rates with appropriate documentation.
